State incentives
Utah offers incentive programs for companies that create jobs here. They're run by the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity (GO Utah), and the terms change, so we always start from the official source: business.utah.gov.
Where to start with Utah incentives
We are real estate brokers, not tax or legal advisers. Any incentive depends on the state's own review and agreement. Confirm every incentive with GO Utah and your own CPA or attorney.
Who pays us
In most Utah commercial deals, the landlord or seller pays the broker's commission, so having your own representation usually costs you nothing out of pocket. The exact terms are in a written agreement before we start.

Stockton has been a licensed Utah real estate professional since July 2015 and holds an active Utah Associate Broker license, earned through the Division of Real Estate's broker education, the broker exam and full-time licensed experience. He works industrial, retail, office, land and investment property across Utah, and is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute, working toward the CCIM designation.
